The song Saint Sienna sang 200 years ago to put Sarvothemisues to sleep, marking the end of all war between the empires that once surrounded Wriem (e00 00:11:40).
Details
The lullaby marks the historical dividing line for Edyrea: before it, continents were at war and killed each other on sight; since it, the nine realms have generally gotten along, short of a full-scale war (e00 02:13:27).
A version of the lullaby, or knowledge descended from it, was passed down to the College of Creation as a song that lets its members safely interact with the Pale without going insane, when combined with a blindfold (e00 01:47:31) — whether this is literally the same song or a separate piece descended from Saint Sienna’s teaching isn’t stated.
