“The world at large,” of which Edyrea is the central continent (e00 00:17:54).
Details
Ereboros is surrounded by an ocean in which Sarvothemisues, a giant sleeping sea wyrm, rests; every 11 years its breath expels the Pale into the seas (e00 00:14:48). Beyond the seas around Edyrea, other continents and nations are known to have once existed, but are now lost — depicted on maps as the lost continents, of unknown fate (e00 00:17:54).
Balance is described as a central theme of Ereboros — natural, magical, and political — and the world is currently out of balance, especially beneath the surface (e00 02:27:55).
Ereboros is also the home of the Transcendents, the world’s gods, who live in Elysium (e00 02:00:56).
